Quality Team Lead

We can now offer you an exciting role as Quality Team Lead at our Quality department in Ramlösa. As Quality Team Lead, you are manager for two quality engineers and are leading them through the daily laboratory operations. You are ensuring that all legislative requirements associated with Food Safety and all applicable Quality and Food Safety Standards (including ISO and GSFI standards) are being met throughout the Supply Chain. You will monitor legislation concerning foodstuff and inform the organization when foodstuff legislation affecting the organization is changed as well as drive the communication with national Food Administration (Livsmedelsverket). As Quality Team Lead you are responsible for the legislation concerning drinking water and natural mineral water, for IMS (Integrated Management System) in the plant and for COM (Carlsberg Operational System) in the plant. This is a permanent full-time employment based at our production site in Ramlösa.

Other important responsibility areas as Quality Team Lead:
Drive improvement opportunities and ensure full RCA is determined
Drive internal audits and manage hygiene programs in the area and ensure non-conformances are completed to agreed timescales
Drive improvement plans vs nonconformances and close out of corrective actions
Complaints management; tracking, reporting, evaluation and providing answers
Support production department on a daily basis as part of the production team
Support innovation plans and trials (from a food safety and quality perspective) and ensure performance and acceptance criteria are clearly defined
Validate and interpret quality data, trend analysis and escalate on time
Ensure SOPs and training is completed for operators performing quality checks and any new work related to quality

What do we expect from you?
You have technical education with high school degree and at least 3 years’ experience in Quality and Food Safety systems (benefitable ISO and GFSI). You have a good knowledge of foodstuff legislation and legal requirements and are expert on groundwater composition, chemistry and/or microbiology. We are looking for you who likes challenges and looks with positive eyes on change and improvements. To be the perfect match for this role it is an advantage with experience in beverage industry and that you have great knowledge within SAP.
As a person you are a strong leader with a proven track record of change management and in driving quality improvements. You are result oriented with a highly structured and systematic work function. To be the right person for this role you are a great team player with good communication skills, both in English and Swedish. We also think that you have the capability to make risk assessment based on decisions.
