Quality Technician Job Description:
1.According to the process control plan and work instructions, by developing plans, executing, supervising, and controlling quality parameter inspections, ensure that products meet quality standards,
2.To escalate critical non-conformance issues/market issues and follow solutions implementation status;
3.To analyze, record, report and present the quality overviews and performances as required;
4.Ensure that the product meets the requirements of the quality management system (i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45000);
5.Plan, execute, monitor, and control in new product development system. To ensure quality target of 5M1E are met;
6. Assess operators inspection ability, organize inspection training when necessary, evaluate training result and report to supervisor;
7.Be able to work closely with cross functional team includes of project team, engineering team and manufacturing team and able to plan qualification targets and results, including technical writing and reports;
8. Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors;
9. Handle and provide technical support for market maintenance and quality issues, and provide solutions for difficult problems;
10.Organize responsible departments to participate in the analysis of difficult/major issues together;
11.Cooperate with the after-sales department to optimize market maintenance guidelines and assist in technical training for the after-sales department;
12.Communicate, coordinate, and determine the responsible party for any questions arising from product claims;
Experience:
1.Total Work Experience: 1 to 3 years
2.Strong knowledge in automotive manufacturing (QA, QC and Production), problem solving method/techniques
3.Experience in Quality Management System and Quality Inspection/Improvement
