Identifying quality risks and lead processes for quality control developments
Do you have experience within the quality field and keen on being a part of establish and further develop internal quality processes for our production site in Alingsås? Then we might have the right opportunity for you!
A service minded problem-solver
We are now expanding our team and are looking for an proactive Quality Technician, with a positive and enthusiastic mindset, who wants to be part of bringing our quality and production to the next level.
This position is responsible for identifying risks and possible areas for improvement in quality control processes. You will be an important key player in developing and maintaining company inspection reports and drive quality and safety related processes with standardized quality documents.
In this role you will have the opportunity to make a difference and have a great impact - in a company that is a key partner in the green energy of our society.
Your primary tasks will also include:
• Participate in internal audits
• Ensuring goods and products comply with legal and company standards
• Ensuring equipment is calibrated and working correctly
• Collating data and driving quality reports such as 4Q and 8D
• Handle outturn-tests/samples
• Follow up on supplier deviations
• Support production (and kitting/warehouse) with standardized documents such as work-descriptions etc.
• Support, implement and drive LEAN and 5 S initiatives
• Support regular inspection meetings with representatives from appropriate departments to establish an action plan for improving quality
A collaborative team-player
To be successful in this role you need to be as much an independent problem-solver as an collaborative team player. You tackle problems with an solution oriented mindset. You have the ability to involve other, share your skills and understand the importance of listen and communicate to others.
Your CV probably also includes:
• Technical degree ore equivalent within relevant field
• + 3 years of experience within the quality field
• MS office, Excel
• Fluent in Swedish and English (German is a plus)
• High-level of visual awareness.
• Advanced organizational skills.
• Experience drafting reports and collating data.
• Experience with 8D and other quality documents
• Experience with LEAN and 5S
