We are looking for a production quality technician to strengthen the Quality team within HVDC, a business unit within Hitachi Energy. In this role you will be responsible of handling deviations within HVDC Valve Assembly and coordinate the actions that is needed. For supplier related issues you work close together with supply managers and supply quality engineers. You will be an important part in our team and contributing to the journey that has started to meet the global need of green electricity. This is a role with many interfaces. Your responsibilities
Handling deviations within HVDC Valve Assembly and coordinate actions and investigations across the organization
Responsible for sending returns to supplier
Develop and continuously improve the Handling of Deviation Process, in example support documents with acceptance criteria’s
Support and drive continuous quality improvement
Visualize quality issues by an example pareto charts and work together with production leader, production engineers and engineers to solve the issue
Your background
Preferably a bachelor s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
You have a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach
You are customer oriented and proud to deliver with quality
You are proactive and have a risk awareness attitude
You are driven and persistent with the ability to create engagement
Fluency in English and Swedish is required
