The Product Validation Department are the support function for all projects (products and digital solutions) within the Husqvarna Forest & Garden division. Our role is to act as the voice of our end users in the projects to make sure that Husqvarna deliver high quality products. With the mission to act as a critical customer our main task is to test and validate the quality of Husqvarna’s products and services during new product development process. The aim is to be the natural support function for all projects in this area of expertise.
Your tasks
Our team consists of seven colleagues and we are a tight group who work closely together. To test and validate the products we work project based and we set up separate projects for each product. Each test phase takes about two weeks, starting with preparations at the office, followed by tests at a test area outdoors. When the field tests are complete we go through the products to look for potential weaknesses and we also perform measurements. A large part of your work will be outdoors, and the testing can be physically heavy. In the end of each project a report is written together with you teammates where we present and explain the results of our tests.

-You are able to handle physically heavy work.
-You are thorough and interested in learning new thing
-Proficiency in Swedish
-Proficiency in English is a must since all our reports are written in English.
-Driving license
-If you have an interest in digital set-ups as applications and connected products this a merit
