We are a small sushi takeaway shop located in the heart of the Sollentuna community and are looking for a versatile sushi apprentice. If you are passionate about making delicious sushi and want to develop your skills in a dynamic working environment, this position is perfect for you!


**Job requirements:
- Swedish and English
- Have a strong interest in sushi making, willing to learn and master various sushi making techniques
- Have good communication skills and service awareness, can introduce dishes and respond to customer needs in a friendly manner
- Candidates with certain kitchen experience and food safety knowledge are preferred
- Able to handle multiple tasks, such as food management, cashiering and simple hot meal preparation


**Job responsibilities:
- Assist the chef in making various sushi
- Manage and maintain the freshness and inventory of ingredients
- Operate the cashier system and handle daily sales
- Introduce dishes and recommend special dishes to customers
- Assist in keeping the store clean and hygienic
