In this role you will be responsible for Quant Operations in Sweden. You have responsibility for Quant Maintenance Operations based on their KPI’s, i.e. safety, customer satisfaction as well as employee satisfaction. Major contribution through the focus on production efficiency, maintenance cost optimization and digitalization. In your team there will be Maintenance Managers who has the responsibility for the sites and a team of Maintenance Development Engineers that operates in all our countries in Europe.
In this role you will have an important part in sales process having responsibility for pre-studies and data collection as base for the business proposal. After the contract signature you and your team are responsible for the start-up of the new contract.
You will report to Regional Manager Europe & Middle East and be a part of the Region Europe Management Team.

You have:
• Master degree / graduate qualifications
• Sound understanding of Maintenance Management techniques and systems
• Relevant Maintenance / Project or Business Management courses.
• Track record in inspiring, motivating and developing organizations, individuals, and teams
• Minimum 5 year’s post-degree and 5 years Management / leadership or equivalent
• Process industry experience
• Relevant maintenance managerial experience
• Strong people management and leadership skills, you will lead through other leaders
• Strong and effective communicator, transparent and efficient
• Good knowledge of external trends and market of new technology, innovation and digital transformation in smart maintenance
• Strategic skills, visionary and goal oriented
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a natural drive for business development
Your main goals and tasks are:
• Deliver financial results according to budget
• Deliver results according to customer contracts
• Improve safety culture and deliver according to Quants and customers sustainability targets
• Improve customer service - Improve efficiency – Improve level of digitization – Optimizing maintenance costs.
• Improve employee satisfaction in close cooperation with Maintenance Managers
• Drive and contribute towards Quant Europe´s strategy and vision for out Sites in Sweden
• Create and develop a long-term, high performing Sites
• Drive pragmatic implementation of the agreed plans and demonstrate the ability to inspire new thinking and acting
• Manage operational excellence team to maintain and develop Quant core maintenance processes and operating model together with process owner and coach site personnel
• Developing, maintaining and communicating process description, methodologies and tools according with Quant process management principles
• Assessing process related existing and new technologies applicability to support business present and future needs
• Executing and managing development projects to enhance efficient implementation of the process
• Monitor process compliance of sites in region and measure performance by coordinating site assessments
