Ikano Bank AB is strengthening its Risk Analytics team with a Quantitative Risk Analyst. You will join a team of highly motivated and experienced colleagues responsible for portfolio analysis within the IFRS 9 regulation. The Risk Analytics team is also responsible for the bank’s development and implementation of scoring models in our decision engine.
In your assignments as Quantitative Risk Analyst you will be working closely with several departments across the bank, with a specific focus on Finance, Risk, credit portfolio analysis and regulatory reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in operating monthly executions of analysis and report packages.
• Delivery of timely, high quality portfolio analyses.
• Participate in the development of methods and processes to further improve our ways of working.
• Supporting business by ad-hoc analysis and share insights within the bank.
• Perform ad-hoc requests from senior management, the regulatory authorities and other teams.
• Working with monitoring, validation, calibration and reporting to give feedback to relevant stakeholders.
• Integrating the IFRS9 models with the rest of our Credit Modelling landscape across acquisition, forecasting, stress testing and capital planning
• Driving automation and efficiency in our monthly reporting process
We use a range of commercial and open source tools. To be successful from start it is an advantage to have experience in SAS and SQL. For this job, it is possible to have experience with other analytical tools and languages, as long as you are willing to learn and work with our platform!

As a Quantitative Risk Analyst, you will participate in all aspects of the portfolio analysis, including design, development, validation, calibration, documentation, approval, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.

Experience and skills:
• A master’s degree in a quantitative field (econometrics, mathematics, physics, engineering or similar) or a social science with strong quantitative skills.
• Understanding of credit scoring and IFRS9 is an advantage
• Programming knowledge in SQL, SAS or Python.
• Fluency in English; both in writing and in oral communication.
• You are able to build strong, mutually respectful relationships with diverse teams
• You are self-motivated and can work autonomously
