What you will do
Light Ag Business Unit, worldwide organization with locations in Latin America, Africa, Middle East, and Asia. contributing directly with the productivity of our customers in farms, harvestings, green spaces maintenances etc. You will be our responsible for driving the communication within Light Agriculture BU. This includes:
• Supporting Divisional communication strategy and build tactics & activities. Execute on BU specific communication plan together with your Global Team.
• Writing news and other communication for mainly internal platforms and plan, produce and update content in all digital channels. Content in both text, image and moving media.
• Working with communication content quality management.
• Driving your own development further and gain experience in a wide variety of areas.
• Being an active part of our Global Trainee community and help create a cross-divisional and international network.

As a Trainee Communication Manager you will be part of our international team and mainly be based in the calmness of where it all began +330 years ago, in Huskvarna, Sweden or any other location in CET time zone.
Your passion is communication together with strong social skills. You are curious, detail oriented and creative with a high drive and an ability to make things happen while taking personal responsibility for your work.
You have
• a Masters university degree
• excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• ability to handle a fast-paced environment with many priorities and multiple stakeholders
• strong networking and relationship competency
• a international mindset with preferably hands-on experiences of different cultures
• entrepreneurial and customer-oriented thinking
• less than 3 years of working experience
