How to contribute to our vision
We are looking for a Area Lead Planning for the Nordic region (Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden and Lithuania) who will be responsible for the team to deliver: Define and maintain the yearly maintenance schedule for all new and existing sites within the portfolio in Sub-region. Consolidating maintenance schedules across the hubs into an overall Sub-regional view and make sure all systems are updated to reflect the current status. Together with procurement make long term strategy with selected 3rd party suppliers for maintenance work. Ensuring support to the Operational Site team for daily activities, and secure cover during vacation periods, long term sick leave, etc. Plan for across Hub retrofit campaigns are planned and aligned with Hub Operations Managers in terms of execution.
Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:
Leadership of remote teams across the region to ensure consistency in process and delivery of all tasks
Mentoring, coaching and development of team within a matrixed organization to develop best practice and consistent approaches
Ensure we fulfil any local legislations/requirements when being a manager for people placed across the Sub-region
Being part of the North Europe and Middle East -Onshore Planning Leadership team and attend regular meetings with the team
Securing that best practice are shared with the Leadership team and implement best practice from other Sub-regions
Implement and maintain a new SGRE Planning tool in Sub-region and make sure all responsible planners get the required training in using it
Create and communicate strategic maintenance plan for annual service, Turbine Mounted Safety Equipment (TMSE), High Voltage (HV), etc., to effectively meet demand across the portfolio
Consolidate and maintain a Long-Term maintenance plan seen over a period of 1-3 years ahead
Support strategic resource management to create the best mix of internal and external resources to support the full portfolio within the Sub-region
Ensure all external resources demands are forecasted and available to the sub region manager in time and with the right qualifications to fulfil the contractual obligations within the contracts
Secure available documentation and check lists are available in provided platform
Maintain an overview and status on released Safety Alert / Safety Awareness and Quality alert / Quality Awareness (SA/SAW – QA/QAW) on site level at all time, and support with demand plan for such tasks

Experience of working in a complex and large environment interfacing with multiple stakeholders
Experience of working within a resource/planning function and be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder skills (internal and external)
Experience using Systems Applications and Products (SAP)
Excellent attention to detail and be an organized individual who can handle multiple conflicting priorities
Ability to work under pressure and frequently react to urgent requirements
Basic understanding of wind industry
