R3624254 Service Coordinator "planned"

Service coordinator role for Cypress - Nordics will be responsible to optimize the daily planned activities of the sites while keeping the higher safety standards for the operations in Sweden and Finland.
In this role you will be responsible for continuously monitoring the site's performance and drive technical assistance to the technicians. You will also support the Service Manager on the daily communication with the customer.
Essential Responsibilities
Drive daily safety culture during
Program management of the planned activities of the sites and define the daily dispatching plan for technicians
Owns the next business process
Approval and monitor of daily activity debriefing
Operational report generation
Bring the technical support to the technicians on site been the interface with the engineering support function
Manage in collaboration with warehouse manager the material needed for planned activities
Collaborate with Service Manager on daily / weekly communication with the customer
Cover Service Manager position during his/her absence.

Required Qualifications
Electrical/Mechanical Bachelor’s Degree in business or technical related field, or significant experience in field service, engineering, or operations & PM in combination with an apprenticeship in business or technical related field
Significant technical experience, in service business as service coordinator or planner
Multiple years of experience in Program management
Experience in Productivity Management
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to become supporters.
