Our Exciting Opportunity
Would you like to be a developer involved in developing the future algorithms in the Ericsson radio? Then this may be the opportunity for you!
This role includes all development activities such as requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, hardware design, software design, integration, verification, simulations and tools design.
Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We develop new algorithms in teams where continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing are part of the daily work. We seek someone innovative, adaptive and responding to change.
You will
Develop algorithms for the next generation of radio products
Conduct continuous analysis and requirement handling
Test and develop high-quality products
Provide troubleshooting and customer support
Drive continuous improvements in products and processes and develop competence in the technical domain
To be successful in the role you must have
Education: M.Sc. in Physics, Electronics, Mathematics or similar
At least 1-2 years of experience or be a highly driven new graduate
Demonstrated abilities: Passive Intermodulation (PIM), digital predistortion (DPD) and linearization, machine learning, algorithms
Tools experience: MATLAB, Radio frequency (RF) measurements tools, Spectrum Analyzers, high-level synthesis (HLS) tools are good to have
Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
We are willing to hear from a person, who has planning and organizing skills and is also able to deliver results and meet customer expectations. The successful candidate should have the ability to work with people, a knack for networking and business understanding.
