Business Area Networks: where 5G was born! We’re a global team of approx. 26 000 in 93 countries, with 126 nationalities represented. About half of us work in R&D, approx. 6 000 in Group Supply and 5 000 in Service Area Networks. Together we build future-proof, scalable network architectures in an industry that is constantly on the move. Join the team who is responsible for Radio Product Integration, we are now seeking 2 new team members
You will
Secure and optimize the radio unit’s functionality and RF performance to be as good as possible.
Work in teams mastering radio product components in an Agile environment.
Work in an international surrounding and cooperating with our colleges in various countries is our daily business.
Take care of sophisticated and exciting issues originating from the manufacturing of our products all the way to customer issues in the field.
Work with all radio types such as Remote Radio, HB AAS, and MB AAS , including radio standards GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and NR.
Be responsible for craft and maintain the RUX test system used for radio design globally.
Have access to our well-equipped Integration lab and do hands-on work with RF equipment and OTA chambers.
Work with the latest tools and products within Telecom, it will give a phenomenal network at Ericsson especially within I&V, production, and design


To be successful in the role you must have
Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
RF and radio knowledge such as RF measurement technics, instrument handling, wireless systems, and Digital Signal Analysis
Basic programming skills (C#, MATLAB, Vee)
Self-motivation with an outstanding ability to learn, share, and to support.
Flexibility and innovation skills
Proficient in English speaking and writing
