Radio Network Engineer Leader

In the role as Radio Network Engineer Leader you will be working with:

- Parameter settings/Optimisation radio/QoS Follow up
- Follow and responsible for all QoS (OSS KPI/DT) activities until final acceptance
- Follow Project planning
- Synchronize all QoS monitoring and RF Optim activities
- Control/develop/adapt implementation of RNE process and tools (site acceptance / cluster optimization / cluster PA/FA, network PA/FA) in line with contractual commitments
- Follow workshop and parameter conversion rules
- Follows up contractual commitment and provide solution to reach them
- Report QoS activities to customer/PS leader and in internal review


We are looking for you with:

- Relevant academic degree
- At least eight years work experience in the area
- Experience in ALU LTE (XCAL/XCAP/GLADIATOR/NPO)
- Monitoring/performances management radio
- Analysis and use of post-processing traces land tool or network (Call trace)
