Our Exciting Opportunity
In your primary role of Performance Manager, you will ensure that the supply chain is meeting set targets and will support the Radio Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization by identifying and following up on performance, defining improvement areas, identifying corrective actions and securing implementation of improvements. You will work closely with supply chain managers in factories, markets, inbound and sourcing as well as operational excellence and finance communities. An innovative mind-set is essential to simplify work by using and deploying the latest information technology as well as meeting future competence requirements for analytics within Supply Chain Management.
In order to keep up to date with the Supply Planner scope, you would also be tasked with the creation of an optimized supply plan each month for a number of Radio products. For that you would be enabling the dimensioning of resources to fulfill targets of lead time, delivery precision, cost, and capital measured by performance indicators which you would own and improve in your primary role.
Due to the criticality of the role, you would report directly to Head of Radio SCM and present your findings and suggested improvements to incorporate change together with Radio SCM LT.
You will
Host and develop performance indicators for optimized supply chain
Control risks in supply chain via visualization and development of integrated business planning for automation of performance indicators
Develop statistical calculations and models
Provide inputs to supply chain strategy and contribute into innovation area
Lead and develop Radio SCM strategy and improvement plan, aligned with overall NW SCM strategy
Drive improvement projects’ portfolio with prioritization and establish structure to follow-up implementation
Drive strategic improvement work and relevant change management
To be successful in the role you have
University degree in Engineering / Business or equal work experience. Statistical knowledge
At least 5 years of experience
Domain experience: Supply Chain Planning and Performance Management
Experience from supply, logistics and/or production
Good knowledge in mathematical and statistical analysis.
Analytics expertise in Telecom/High-tech industry
Experience in digitalization and management of performance reporting on executive level
Additional Requirements
Interest in continuous improvements within the value chain and our ongoing development projects
Confidence and ability to work independently, but with a lot of interactions
Competence to influence across organizations, effectively leading change, originating ideas, gaining commitment
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
