Our Exciting Opportunity
We are looking for a Radio SW Track Management Technical coordinator within Radio SW Module Program. Main tasks for Track management are
Formalize and adjust the strategy for radio software tracks.
Plan the software builds according to different requests (from both software and hardware).
Govern the test loops in the software integration meeting to assess the software quality
Driving investigation of main track internal (MTI) issues.
Agree with release program within PDU Radio towards other organizations.

Track management TC will provide technical drive and coordination to Track Management functions described above. TC will also provide continuity in Tack Management area and takes a long-term responsibility for relevant Radio Tracks/products & strategy. The role also includes long term responsibility for Main Track quality and make sure that we don’t have any hinderances in track delivery flow. Drive or participate in technical work such as TR deep-dives, SW branch decision, architectural changes impacting track mgmt., work with scope planning, support sophisticated feature planning, supporting impact and technical ruling in TR decisions.


You will
Drive Strategic technical leadership
Long term responsibility of Track quality and efficient track flow.
Technical verdict on the release of a SW track.
Continuous analysis of Tracks issue (TRs etc.)
Fault Slip Through for Track issues
Delivery coordinating of Feature/TR solution.
Analyzing & address delivery stops
Drive continuous improvements of products
Drive Task forces, RCAs & FSTs
Coordinate with partners inside & outside Radio SW Track management.
Coordinate Customer Issues/TR troubleshooting accords PDUs/Modules.


To be successful in the role you must have
Good system knowledge – Radio (HW, SW) portfolio and functions, product development process, CI/CD flow, testing loops.
Good knowledge of eNodeB / gNodeB, transport network protocols & interfaces, NSV QA’s.
Radio product development processes and methods, anatomy-based planning, product lifecycle management knowledge
Ability to lead technical investigations, evaluate technical impact, and produce a verdict


Key qualification
5 years of Experience with Radio SW development.
Good knowledge about Radio SW modules.
Knowledge about Radio Product portfolio.
Experience with TR troubleshooting.
Experience of driving task forces or sophisticated technical issues.
Good knowledge of RAN configurations.
Good communication skills.
Experience with working in multi-cultural and multi-site setup.
