Our Exciting Opportunity
In the system department, we work in different technical and functional areas to cover the total radio functionality within the whole radio product portfolio for Ericsson, covering 4G, 5G and the future. We are now looking for a Radio System Team Lead to maintain products (units, nodes, networks, systems and solutions). Your role will include all development activities such as: requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, hardware design, software design, integration, verification, simulations, Product Lifecycle Management support and product documentation. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working.
We are organized in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work!
You will
Drive strategic technical leadership
Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling
Define product requirements and specifications to meet future technical challenges
Perform trouble shooting and customer support
Manage continuous improvements of products and processes
Participate in product development projects
Participate in technical studies
Develop competence in the technical domain
Be responsible for product release management
To be successful in the role you must have
Education: MSc or PhD in electrical engineering, embedded software, applied physics or equivalent
3 years of experience in a relevant area
Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
Business understanding
Experience within HW design or SW design
Good communication skills, both written and oral
Fluent English
