Unilabs Sweden has approximately 900 employees and runs laboratories and radiology departments in hospitals and primary care units. For over 20 years, Unilabs Sweden has provided services in laboratory medicine and imaging diagnostics for outpatient and inpatient care. Patients and customers are primarily based on agreements with the public healthcare authority with each clinic and lab acting as an integral link in the chain of care.

Unilabs Sweden Radiology consists of mammography screening and general imaging. Unilabs Sweden Radiology is responsible for the mammography screening of 60% of screening eligible (based on age) women in Sweden. 380.000 women are screened each year at 22 centers and 3 mobile screening units. Some of the screening centers are located inside hospitals as part of Regional Breast Cancer centers.

About the position

Unilabs Sweden has an opening at our screening center in Kristianstad We can offer you employment in a company with short decision paths and with a mix of screening, clinical work and continuous methodology and quality development. At the Kristianstad screening center we perform approximately 19 000 screenings and 6 500 clinical procedures per year.

We are offering a 40 hour daytime only position, weekends off.

Our mammography center cooperates closely with the surgeons at the hospital of Kristianstad.

Priority will be given to experience with methodology development, quality work and skills development. We look forward to you becoming part of the mammography team!

About yourself

We are looking for a registered radiologist with preferably a few years experience in breast imaging.

You find it easy to collaborate and bring job satisfaction to the team. You support our company values, and share with us your expertise and your commitment.

You work carefully and structured, when needed at high pace.

You have a professional attitude with a high sense of service with the patient / customer in focus.

The city of Kristianstad is situated in the very south of Sweden in the province of Skåne. The town has about 30 000 inhabitants and is at about 90 minutes distance by direct train from the international airport of Copenhagen
