RAMS/LCC Specialist

Would you like to be a part of our team to develop top modern technical solutions for complete train connection systems? We are looking for a RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) /LCC (Life Cycle Cost) engineer to strengthen our Global engineering team. In this role you will work with a broad range of products within train connection systems, with a focus on couplers and gangways. You will be placed in Vika, Falun and be part of the team for RAMS/LCC and Strength simulations. You report to Team Manager RAMS/LCC.

Your responsibilities
Work as RAMS/LCC engineer in customer and development projects where you contribute with your skills as part of the specialist team.
Preparation and editing of RAMS/LCC-documents and analysis for internal and external customers
Collaboration with project teams, departments in Engineering, Sales engineering and Customer service
Participation in the Bid Management phase, review and comment on customer specifications and inquiries
Provide input and information to customer manuals and instructions.
Participate to the continuous improvement of applied technical solutions and methods.
Support technical project risk analyses.
Perform design Failure Mode Effect Analysis.

Some traveling will be necessary in accordance with the project requirements

The successful candidate will have the following profile

Education & Job experiences:

Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
It advantageous if you have prior experience in RAMS/LCC.


Personal skills:

Good technical understanding and well developed analytical skills.
Team orientated with good interpersonal skills and cooperation with colleagues and other departments.
Well organized, highly motivated for the job and with an open attitude.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish.
