Our Exciting Opportunity!
In DNEW NSV Tech Mgmt we work with coordinating the development and release of 4G & 5G RAN SW for MS RBS products. With ERS portfolio growing more and more complex and the cloud RAN just around the corner, the need for coordination is greater than ever! We are now looking for a new Main Technical Coordinator to help us coordinate the development of new HW (mainly radio) with the planned RAN SW releases. In this role you will be the overall technical responsible for PDU 4G5G RAN products and releases and will provide mentorship to both HW and SW RA’s. As a Main TC you will have the opportunity to engage from early phases in the development throughout the implementation and verification phase until the end of maintenance and to have the final say in technical matters.
You will
Provide strategic technical leadership
Be the main technical responsible in DNEW Orchestration & Release or RA programs
Continuously assess product quality and decide on recommendation to release decisions
Represent customer view and provide continuous mentorship to programs and management about the best course of action to best satisfy the customer needs.
Support and mentor team leaders and study drivers in technical issues and ways of working
Present new features and product characteristics to lead and continuous deployment (CD) customers
Continuously improve products and processes
Develop competence in technical domain
To be successful in the role you must have
Very good technical knowledge of mobile communication systems, preferably NR, LTE and MS RBS
Long experience (> 5 years) from product development of Radio Access Network products.
Experience from working as technical coordinator or in similar position
Ability to identify and drive continuous improvement work
Excellent language skills: the ability to write and communicate fluently in English is vital
Very good communication and presentation skills
Leadership skills
Business understanding
Planning and Organizing
Working with people and networking
Innovating, adapting and responding to change
Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
You should be able to think and work independently with both short-term and long-term objectives. We expect you to be structured, well organized and highly motivated.
