Range Manager

Range Manager for OOW Repairs – Stockholm, Sweden
As Range Manager for OOW Repairs, you will together with the responsible Senior Category Manager deploy a successful integrated commercial strategy for the D2C and B2B OOW Repairs offerings, linked with replacements sales and installations services when appropriate, based on deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer experience. Ultimately, you will ensure an effective portfolio of offerings, management of profitability of the products in the category and effective launch execution.
To succeed in this role you have excellent analytic skills and business acumen, ability to see the bigger picture and take decisions in line with the overall strategic direction combining strong analytical skills, passion for consumer experience, commercial aptitude and attention to detail, while managing a wide range of stakeholders. You will have a wide exposure within the organization with many cross-functional contacts centrally as well as local Clusters and Sales counterparts.
A regular day at work:
• You will use and combine operational and financial data to analyse current performance of OOW Services, come with improvement ideas and take the lead in transformational programs and projects
• You will take a holistic approach to the categories, including replacements and installations
• You will, together with clusters, define plans for how to improve performance of OOW Repairs in D2C channel, in accordance with FPR D2C Framework closely monitor and follow up on results
• You will support local clusters in pricing of new offerings as well as monitor market prices
• You will analyze the current B2B OOW Service offerings and co-lead the development of a B2B Framework in agreement with category targets
• You will present your findings to senior stakeholders
