Job Description
The EMEA regional raw material planner is responsible for management and maintenance of the supply plan to determine the most efficient source of raw material supply. You will balance customer demand, production and logistics capacities to ensure purchase orders are fulfilled as planned in the Supply Management Review process. You will have responsibility for all eleven Nouryon sites across the EMEA region. You will also determine the stock replenishment strategy and manage the inventory targets for the region by ensuring effective translation of demand inputs (forecast and sales orders) into an achievable plan. The role will focus on increasing the efficiency of the supply chain through targeted replenishment parameters and associated KPIs ensuring product is available to meet the sales plan, while minimizing operational costs.

Qualifications
To be successful in this position you need a solid understanding of supply chain & business processes and a strong capability to analyze data including cross-reference data validation, trending and forecasting. Communication is also a vital part of the role; working across so many sites, functions and organisations. You have the ability to prioritize and proactively complete projects with little direction with a strong process driven attitude and are results-oriented

We also see that you have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Mathematics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline
• Excellent analytical skills, covering forecasting, data validation & trend analysis
• Highly proficient in MS Office packages including Excel & SharePoint
• Excellent communication skills in English; able to communicate with all functional levels within the business
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse & Arkieva (or equivalent advanced planning software) is strongly preferred

Additional information
This is a permanent position on a full-time basis placed in Göteborg and reporting to Business Planning Manager.
