About you
To succeed in the role you have experience from leading projects in a multi-national organisation. You have been part of or leading a successful change process throughout a global organization. Experience from analysing and developing business concepts in the retail business.
As a person you have a passion for retail. You have an excellent ability to conceptualize and create ways of working which support business needs. You are able identify new trends and concepts that will contribute to our meeting place goals. You analyse data and develop into business opportunities. You are communicative and have the ability to involve and engage colleagues. You are self-reliant and motivated with proven ability to plan and coordinate competing priorities and agendas.
Ability to and experience from successfully driving a change process. Expertise in business development/research development in international business environment. You will report to the manager for Research and Concepts at IKEA Centres.

The Research & Concepts function at IKEA Centre creates long-term value across our regions, aligning with IKEA Centres vision, business idea and our five objectives. We procure and provide updated Intelligence on people?s behaviour, retail, societal developments, technology and demographic trends by using a digital platform.
R&C develops competitiveness of our meeting places through providing access to cross-regional knowledge and competence.
We are now looking for an R&C analyst who will work with projects related to our Future Meeting Place concept.
About the assignment
As R&C analyst within Research and Concept your responsibility is to plan and organize assignments and projects, and develop and execute change management. To succeed you manage time cost scope, risk, communication, quality and change including management of project team and stakeholders.
As R&C analyst, you will be responsible for:
-Creating a structure and developing a methodology, process and tools for measuring value creation across our portfolio of meeting places ? with a balanced view on customers, people, society and assets.
-Sourcing business intelligence and strategies from a top-50 selection of retailers on a global basis. What are their strategies? What is their expansion plans. Their plans around the omni-channel?
-Identify and track trends and insights about markets and people in real estate, retail and leisure market, analyse business intelligence and strategies of market leaders to develop profitable solutions for our meeting places.
-Identify and track ?rising stars? in retail and leisure globally. What brands will be potential partners for our future meeting place direction?
-Recruit a pool of consultants and partners according to business needs/goals with expertise in different knowledge areas related to our future meeting place direction and content.
-Plan and organize projects according to our decision model and project Model
-Lead change by supporting stakeholders in preparing receiving organizations, learning and communication activities
Collaborating closely with the customer domain-responsible at IKEA Centres.
