In the role as Product Development Leader and R&D Line Manager you will help to secure Ericsson technology leadership, right scope, quality, time and cost for products, and to support lean and agile development principles. You will as a leader coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations and cultivate an innovative and learning culture.
The software we develop is for large scale and we do it collaborating in a global organization. This means that you as a line manager will work both closely with your developers, but also cross countries with peers to find better and more efficient ways of working.
In this position you will join our leadership team for Ericsson Charging Development Center Karlskrona, Sweden, and be part of the development of our next-gen Business Support Systems aimed at the Networked Society and 50 billion Connected Devices. You will a part of a leadership team with expert line managers that together owns an organization of hundred persons in Sweden.

What you will do
We are looking for you who want to be a development and people leader in the forefront of large-scale development, within our near real-time Business Support Solutions with focus on cloud enabled software and automated pipelines. Our systems are developed with industry standard technologies such as Spinnaker and K8S in different languages.
You will be the leader for 15-20 developers making and testing software to support the establishment of our next generation business support systems, taking us into 5G, B2B and IoT land.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Lead and motivate people and teams to excel in their roles and perform at their best
Leading operations of our systems- and software development
Drive and coach continuous improvements and innovation of products and ways of working
You will bring
A University Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, and proven abilities from the software development industry or relevant leadership roles.
Experiences from work with Software Development and Research.
We see you who are focused to deliver results and want to meet customer expectations
You have inter-personal skills and look forward to meeting and work with people
You know how to mentor and how to make people engaged
You are flexible and willing to adapt & respond to change
We work in a global environment which means English skills are a must, and a second additional language is meriting.
