R&D Manager

What we want you to do

As a leader within the product development organization at CPAC, you will have the opportunity to work with topics that concern both personnel, organization, delivery, and technology. The R&D management is responsible for the entire product development process from project start to customer delivery and leads with the company's values and strategy in focus. Our way of working has led to numerous innovations and solutions for our customers that we are very proud of today. With a delivery rate of around 500,000 units per year containing value-creating services and customer solutions such as EVC and Co-pilot, we also realize that our product quality is incredibly important.

Our mission with differentiating technology and industrialized innovation means that our development should lead to high customer values while delivering superior quality. With that our processes become important to follow but also continue to develop as we move into new areas of technology.

CPAC's development organization today consists of around 160 people who get to work on projects for all our customers. The R&D management therefore ensures that the projects have the right skills by handling resource planning. This includes budgeting and personnel responsibilities that consist of employee interviews, recruitment, and coaching. As a R&D manager at CPAC, you are an operational leader and, together with the team, have the ability to dig into the details to ensure we are doing the right thing at the right time. We believe that our continued success is largely because we have leaders who understand and work with the products we develop. As an R&D manager you are therefore usually also part of a project team in parallel with your leadership role.

Work experience within product development is a big advantage and interest as well as knowledge within sustainability is meritorious.
