Power Quality Solutions include shunt and series compensation devices to support certain industrial processes as well as improve the stability of electric power grids. These solutions are key enablers for the transition towards renewable and sustainable energy sources.
This is a visible role in a truly global and cross-functional environment, at the cutting edge of technology. As our R&D Manager for Power Quality Solutions, you will lead and inspire global teams of highly skilled R&D Technology leaders and experts. You will lead a global team of 65 resources cross Sweden and India together with 4 direct reporting R&D Team Managers.

Your responsibilities
Technical leadership of Power Quality R&D initiatives
Responsibility for HSE of your organization
Accountability for the budget of Power Quality Solutions R&D
Managing budget and reporting of global Power Quality Solution Projects and initiatives
Competence development of your organization
Managing optimized utilization of global footprint and long-term footprint strategies
Driving continuous improvement and quality improvement within your domain
Technical lead governance and processes within Power Quality Solutions organization

Your background
Master’s degree within Electrical Engineering, computer science or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles
R&D Management Experience
Fluency in English
Proven organized team player
Confident, both on a personal level and in your leadership
