We are looking for a Research and Development Manager to join us R&D section of Hasta Agri AB to lead both research and business development projects.
We think you are experienced or doing research in the fields of soil biochemistry , soil microbiology and biochar and looking for a new opportunity in field of sustainability and biodiversity development. .
This position supports several of Hasta Division’s in Sweden. The position in located in Arboga in Sweden. You will report to the CEO and be a part of our management team.
About The Position


The R&D Manager will play a leading role in developing our R&D department and driving variable projects , delivering results in time, in budget and in scope. Candidates we consider will need to have a proven knowledge in at least 2 of the following mentioned areas: soil .biochemistry , soil microbiology, biochar production, microbial interactions with biochar.
You will be in a central role by bringing ideas as well as communicating with your stakeholders, project team and the vendors. As a person, you are a true team player willing to help and support your business partners and colleagues.
Skills we expect you to have: 
Project Management experience
Experience in planning and leading projects driven by data and analytics
Experience in biodiversity and sustainability -related development
Experience in leading agile projects
Experience in leading international project teams
Excellent communication, collaboration and interactive team management and leadership skills
Professional and confident presentation and public speaking skills and ability to communicate with all levels in the organization
Problem solving and analytical skills: ability to resolve issues and mitigate risks in a proactive manner to avoid project blockers and escalations
Bachelor’s degree or higher university-level education
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Ability to travel
