A Snapshot of Your Day

Microsoft project is the major tool for project planning and resource capacity management in the Siemens Energy R&D departments. In this role you would offer support to users in their work with project planning, administer resource pool, plan non- R&D projects and governance the system in Siemens energy global team. You will be involved and possible drive the way of working, applications and plug-ins of the system.

There is also a goal to grow into pipeline manager and project planner. The pipeline manager runs resource analyses and identifies bottlenecks, takes actions to optimize resources and balance projects in time. Milestones fulfillment governance can also be a part of the role, identify milestones at risk and delays.

What You Bring 
* Skilled with software and applications.
* Good communication skills
* Solution oriented and flexible
* Project management knowledge (or are very eager to learn)
* Good English language skills are required. Swedish language skills are an asset

  

About the Team 

The Core Development Engineering Project management Office (CDE PMO) executes medium and major R&D projects within the set cost, time and scope/quality limitations.
The group consists of highly skilled R&D project managers and planners. The group is also responsible for managing R&D product project portfolios and improving and implementing R&D project management processes and way of working. 

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
