R&D Product Delivery Manager

We are looking for a R&D Product Delivery Manager - heading a team of dedicated and driven Project Managers located both in Malmö and Madrid. You and your team oversee the Project Delivery for our Product Development Initiatives, focused on timeline and budget and the overall project planning. We deliver a wide range of products to our growing security portfolio. You as the manager also drive the process improvements such as reporting structure, governance and planning for your team and the product delivery pipeline. To us, it is important that you bring high energy and flexibility, strong communication skills and huge amounts of drive. Collaborative working is key!

The role will be located at our R&D Center in Malmö, Sweden. As we are a global company with multiple R&D centers and suppliers worldwide, some travel may be required. You will have a key role leading your team to deliver the next generation Verisure alarm system, with accompanying peripherals in an international environment – working closely with our development teams in Madrid and Malmö and with our partners globally. You will report to the Global Product Engineering Director, located in Malmö.

Key Responsibilities
* Manager of a highly skilled team of 5 Project Managers in Malmö and Madrid
* Project Scoping and prioritization: Oversee the flow of ongoing and incoming projects, managing expectations with deadlines, commitments by providing the holistic view.
* Collaboration with managers and teams to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
* Team management - team deliveries, coordinate the work and how it is distributed across the team.
* Budget ownership – Owner of the Project budget - Analyzing financial data, including project burn-rate, risks, and resource allocation.
* Continuously improvement in ways of working – key contributor to the global development process, better practices, team dependency handling and collaboration with other key functions such as IT Development teams, Proposition Management, Procurement, Logistics and QA.

Expected Skills
* 3-5 years of experience in a Manager role
* Passion to lead in an agile fashion with an international mindset
* Previous experience in both HW and SW Development – either as a Project Manager or in a different role
* Natural excitement about the ups and downs in a project development cycle
* You are a great communicator and networker that thrives under pressure
* You like working in agile environments maximizing business value
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English
* Good Swedish and Spanish is a bonus
