R&D – Product Owner for Connected Intelligence

Connected Intelligence is a group within Connected Systems at Scania R&D. In the context of connectivity, we innovate and deliver scalable analytics that enables informed decision-making for a product, service, and business developers.

Your work assignment

We are now looking for an Agile Product Owner for our teams that are responsible for Connected Intelligence within Scania R&D. At the Connected Intelligence team we provide data products and analytics based on our connected fleet’s data. Our results are consumed by both internal consumers such as R&D and Sales and Marketing, as well as external customers and data consumers.

The role includes cross-functional communication, to gather requirements and develop aligned solutions with the teams. You will cooperate closely with the program management and with other product owners within Scania.

Part of the Product Owner's role is to set the overall strategy for the team and align it with the overall Connected System strategy. The key in this role is to actively work for efficient collaboration.

Your Profile

As a person, you are pragmatic and communicative, with leadership ability. You are structured, goal-oriented, and appreciate challenges. You do have an affinity or background in data science and/or data analytics, and business intelligence.

You have an academic education at the university level in engineering physics, electrical engineering, computer science, or equivalent work experience. You communicate fluently in English in both speech and writing.
