Job Summary:
Network Program Office (NPO) 4G & 5G Release is part of Development Unit Network Products (DNEW) NPO within Business Unit Network Products (BNEW).
NPO 4G & 5G Release is accountable for the Orchestration & Release of RAN SW, ensuring timely releases with the right content and performance to the market. Our main program is the RAN Orchestration & Release Program, and we are now looking for an R&D Program Manager to lead the Strategic Content Program as part of the main O&R Program.
As an R&D Program Manager in NPO 4G & 5G Release, you will work in a team with other highly skilled Program Managers, engaging with Programs in DNEW Early Phases, Product Development & Eco-System, as well as with PAN PL, to systematically identify & drive the strategic content to ensure timely release of strategic value to the market.
You will be a member of the O&R Program leadership team, and lead teams of highly skilled Main TCs, Areas TCs & Test Managers.


Position Qualifications:
You shall have a broad experience as an R&D PjM with understanding of all phases of Product Development, E2E from Studies to Deployment in Customer Networks and Maintenance.


Core Competences:
•Strong technical knowledge of 4G & 5G Products and Solutions
•Ability to formulate and carry through strategies and concepts
•E2E Product Development experience from Pre-Studies to Deployment in Customer networks
•Product Development experience from both SW and HW development
•Experienced in stakeholder management of high-level stakeholders in both PAN & DNEW development Programs
•Program Management competence in an Agile/Lean environment
•Self-driven and outcome oriented
•Good Coaching and Mentoring Skills
•Used to deliver results and meeting Customer expectations
•Perceived as a Change leader
•Strong team player
•Strong integrity
