You will be part of Process Control Platform (PCP) which is a unit within ABB Business Area Process Automation. PCP develops automation products - hardware and software - for monitoring, process control and optimization. We have automation products for all kind of industries.

The role reports to R&D Team Manager. The role will offer you a great opportunity to grow as a specialist as well as enhance your personal working career.
Your responsibilities
Leading local and cross-functional projects with limited complexity and/or sub-projects of more complex projects. The purposes of these projects are development and maintenance of controller FW within the System 800xA
You will be responsible for planning, following up and managing all aspects of these projects
Project planning based on technical, cost and time requirements
Monitoring projects to ensure best practices in cost control and resource efficiency
Analyzing and addressing project risks, and regularly disseminating lessons learned
Interacting and coordinating with stakeholders and other projects
Achieving project deliverables and compliance with technical, cost and time requirements

Your background
Master of Science in Computer Science or similar
At least 5 years of work experience of SW and product development
At least 1-2 years’ experience as team lead or project manager
A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
