As R&D Project Manager you will become one of the key persons in organizing the delivery of value to the rest of our organization. In this role you will work directly with cross-functional team members to ensure that our Portfolio's initiatives are delivered and executed in alignment with the overall roadmap priorities. You will be a key player in our agile environment where you will be a main contributor to the continuous planning and execution cycle. The position is based in Västerås, Sweden.

Your responsibilities
Organize and lead in an R&D context
Manage stakeholder expectations and align priorities with others
Risk management
Budget and forecasting
Take on roles in SAFe framework (Epic owner, Product owner and/or Scrum Master)
Ownership of roadmap(s) in selected field(s)
Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business

Your background
Hands-on experience with Agile/SCRUM project management methodologies and associated tools and practices, as well as in hybrid environments
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
A few years of experience in R&D project management
Understanding of Power systems, preferably with Power Electronics and / or Control system experience
Experience from Azure DevOps is an advantage
PMP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe certificates are highly desirable but not mandatory. Hands-on, real-world experiences are more valued than certifications.
