About the jobWe are looking for a Project Manager with experience from leading R&D projects.You are passionate about meeting the customer expectations with respect to quality, project budget, product performance, and deliver on time.
To be successful in this position you need to be a highly motivated and proactive as a person, with good leadership skills.
QualificationsYou have a Master's degree in Engineer or equivalent. Experience of Project Management mainly from leading technically complex projects creating customer values. The stage gate project models are a process well known to you. You have excellent knowledge in English and Swedish communication.Some of your strengths are good interrelation skills and delivery-oriented mind set, as important is your positive attitude and ability to inspire others.Your work approach is; being clear and keeping promised deliveries, adaptable and knowing when to be creative, constructive and systematic.The Alfa Laval values that drive us to achieve our goal are; action, courage, teamwork and profit. You will join a team of highly skilled and motivated colleagues and work in a technically challenging and developing business. The Large HSS Program has a key role and contributes significantly to the achievements of the Business Unit.
