You will be part of a diverse R&D group consisting of highly skilled project managers who are responsible for start-up, execution and closing of R&D projects on-time, according to agreed scope, to the right quality and cost. 

You will as an R&D project manager manage and direct the projects on a day-to-day basis. An important part of the job is to inspire, develop and motivate your project team.  You will also communicate with stakeholders and collaborate with program managers or related projects.

The projects are mainly related to product development for new sales business. The project size depends on the scope of the project which could be anything from component to a system development or in some cases a complete product upgrade.

On top of that, as part of a global organization, you will have the opportunity to build a network that expands across the world, from Europe to North America and Asia.

We like superheroes and even more an open mind
* MSc or BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent knowledge or experience.

* Project management experience
* Gas Turbine Auxiliary background or experience is seen as a plus
* Solution-oriented person with good communication skills
* You have a driving and target oriented personality
* MS Project experience (or equivalent)
* Project management certification (PMP, IPMA, PM@Siemens, etc.) is a plus
* Good English language skills are required. Swedish language skills are meritorious.

You will be based in Finspång, Sweden.
