Main Job Responsibilities
Be responsible for development of R&D procedures and standards working as a writer and leadership of multifunctional teams
Perfom DFMEA routine as leader of the process by setting the meetings and a role as a facilitator of the team
Support PLM system implementation and maintenance at R&D Department
Perform internal auditing in order to ensure the documentation quality and readiness
Perform as R&D representative for quality auditing, including customers and certification institutions
Profile and Experience
Organized and systematic approach (e.g. “PDCA” methodology)
Communication capabilities with engineering teams
Proactivity Attitude & Collaborative thinking
Continuous improvement mindset
Flexibility & Time management Capabilities
Emotional Intelligence Skills
Knowledge of DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) AIAG & VDA FMEA updated version
Knowledge of Lean Office of Lean Manufacturing Concepts and VSM (Value Stream Mapping) techniques
Knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) concepts
Knowledge of APQP and Stage Gate concepts
