In this role your main responsibility will be to coordinate activities in software and interfacing hardware, releasing new functionality to production on-time to ensure a high quality system delivery to our customers. This role requires experience in leading, collaborating and coordinating work in a complex environment with a high sense of quality, speed and business value in mind.

Your responsibilities
Plan, lead and communicate or release plans for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with program and project managers, ensuring a complete release scope including software, hardware and mechanics.
Responsible for driving and securing release content according to scope, quality and time plan after the teams’ function complete all the way to production, cross functionally.
Coordinate test, validation and certification activities needed, internally and externally.
Drive continuous improvement in release process by using automation, DevOps, community of practice, KPI’s, digitalization.
Responsible for budget of Release Project.

Your background
M.Sc. in Computer Science, Physics & Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
+7 years of work experience within the relevant field of software or mechatronic product development and agile methodologies, preferably experience from release function. Experience from working in a global context is considered meritorious.
Thrive in complex environments where collaboration is key and a structured way of working gets the job done.
Comfortable in leading and coordinating roles.
