We are looking for a R&D Team Manager to join our team at Technology Center High Voltage Products. We are responsible for the R&D projects and maintaining/supporting the technology of our existing products which are HV Live Tank Breakers. We are developing the technologies of the future for Live Tank Breakers, as part of this endeavor, we put strong focus on contributing to get closer towards carbon neutrality of the society by means of a greener electric power system.

Your responsibilities
You will directly manage a team of six senior engineers working in different R&D project
Allocate new assignments across the team, manage distribution of caseload, and ensure the work is being undertaken correctly and in a timely manner
Support the R&D design engineering team to deliver projects and to help the engineers to grow in the process
As the Team is small, you will also participate in R&D projects as single contributing design engineer
Support the Technology Center Management team to define the future strategies

Your background
You have genuine interest both in people and technology
You have great social skills, and you contribute with your positive and proactive mindset, as well as with your ability to create a good atmosphere
Design and Engineering background in HV products is preferable
Fluency in English and Swedish is required, both written and spoken is required
