You will be part of the R&D and Innovation team, where you will be responsible for innovating and providing solutions to manufacturers, retailers and food service companies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
As our R&D Technical Services Expert Nordics you will
Provide technical support to customers, and occasionally create new market opportunities.
Visit customer’s manufacturing facilities on technical service “intervention” to solve customer issues and to assist with technical advice (new) product start-up on the customers’ lines.
Create value for customers by engaging with customers to seek insights and turning these insights into value through quality in design, driving efficiencies, and improve growth & margins
Collaborates with customer R&D and Product Experts to advise customers in application of choice of the right product range, suitable to the installation and physical environment of the customer’s manufacturing capabilities.
Lead technical support, troubleshooting and technical training for customers in collaboration with Customer R&D (on customer and/or sales request)
Provide technical training and expert advice to customers and colleagues.
Act as a key promoter of the ASM product portfolio and its specificities.
Contribute to cost and efficiency improvement activities, taking into account safety, legal and quality requirements
REQUIRED ACADEMIC & TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
ABOUT YOU - Things We Will Be Looking For
Professional qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in food science, food technology, or an equivalent field required
Minimum of five years of related work experience
Commercial experience supporting sales and R&D teams
Fluent in English language is a must, Swedish is preferred, any other language is a plus
Solid skills in Google environment, Microsoft Office, SAP and SalesForce preferred,
Strong Segment insight (market, consumer, customer, retail) is a must
Personal skills
Customer focus – Ability to fulfil customer needs and expectations. Must be professional and confident with internal and external customers
You are curious to understand, and you gain energy by interacting with customers and colleagues where you find optimal solutions together

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS OR COMMENTS
The job location is in Mjölby, Sweden. (Hybrid, some days working from home per week is possible.)
You must have a current legal work permit in Sweden/EU
Willingness to travel on a regular basis (±50%). The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s licence
