React Developer to Paf - 100% remote

If you choose to work 100% remote, you will be given a desk, screens, docking station etc. If you choose a mix you will be given a double set of equipment so you have the same conditions at home and at the office. You can also choose to work abroad for a maximum of 3 months a year. The only requirement is that you work approximately the same working hours as your colleagues.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Paf are looking for a React developer with at least 1 year of experience who are curious about programming and to deepen your skills. You are not afraid to take initiatives and a teamplayer that happily collaborates with your collegues. Furthermore, you have an interest to learn and evolve and under the meantime never hesitate to ask for help when needed. The team today is characterized by an open-minded atmosphere where everyone is welcomed.

What you will do:

You are involved in the entire development process, from requirement specification, creation of stories, estimations, sprint planning, development, testing and release. We have a clear division of work tasks, where every member in the team knows what’s expected of them. You will be working at a high working pace with fast decision-making processes where you, together with your colleagues, make the technical decisions based on the business objectives. This is the perfect role if you love programming and want to work in an organization that cares about their employees and their personal development.

YOUR PROFILE

You are a skilled React developer where experience with GraphQL, Relay and TypeScript is an advantage. Paf do not only see to education, they also award:

THE PROCESS

The recruitment process will include a programming test. If you want to show projects that you have done in previous work or in your spare time, this is also welcome in your application.

Start: Immediately with regard to notice period
Scope: Full-time, with flexible working hours
Location: Norrköping, Mariehamn or Helsinki or remote from a home office in Sweden or Finland. There are good opportunities to work abroad 3 months a year.
