About the opportunity:
Are you a functional JavaScript nerd and would like to work with the future of transport?
Does working with self-driving electric vehicles excite you?
We all know that we need more environmentally friendly, reliable and comfortable ways to move around. Improved public transport services, sharing platforms and self-driving car services from the biggest tech companies shape the future of transport.
You will be part of a cross-functional team that develops an app and a fleet management system. Your focus will be the app development but there is a separate UX team that will specify the UI.
Your profile should include the following:
- Passionate about functional programming in JavaScript
- If someone is talking about first-class functions, recursion, pipelines, currying, functors, and monads your first instinct should not be to run away...
- Worked with functional programming and TypeScript
- React Native both iOS and Android productions (please provide links to App Store and Google Play
- Work experience in using AWS back-end
- M.Sc or B.Sc. Computer Science or equivalent
- You should have excellent communication skills even if the topic is not FP
- We believe that you like technical writing; maybe you have a blog about stuff you find interesting
- It would help if you liked to work in agile teams
- We believe that you have at least three years of work experience
Location:
Multiple locations in Sweden.
Relocation/moving to Sweden:
We welcome applicants both from Sweden and outside of Sweden. If you are applying from outside of Sweden or from another city in Sweden, we will help you with the relocation.
