Tasks:
Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
Knowing and identifying the customer needs.
Recommending products and services as per the customer requirements.
Maintaining customer relationship.
Assisting customer via calls, emails, Chat, etc.
Recording and document customer complaints.
Diverting the call to the relevant departments.
Providing excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Maintaining the confidentiality of client’s & Customer information.
Following up with the customer as and when needed.
Taking feedback from the client and Customer.
Resolving customer issues in a polite and professional manner.
