Reagents Supervisor

The Reagents Supervisor will be responsible to guide the team and have the flexibility to handle the details of daily takes. will be able to guide and train employees. Monitoring employee productivity, ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks and providing constructive feedback and coaching. Observing processes and equipment. Responsibility:
Direct work of employees to meet quality and on-time delivery requirements; address production challenges and communicate to appropriate leadership
Plan and coordinate manufacturing
Set performance goals and deadlines in line with company’s vision
Motivate employees, resolve issues, and make difficult decisions Identify and implement positive changes in cost reduction and waste elimination
Working cross functional and maintain and contribute to develop production processes and methods and coordinate Reagents towards other departments.
Contribute to improving manufacturing processes, continuous working with improvements and use of Danaher Business System (DBS) tools, e.g. Kaizen, PSP



Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage
Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Experience in handling various quality and support/maintains software systems as Centuri, Agile, SAP RAM, ME (EDHR) etc.
Excellent communication with the team, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to Collaborate and communicate effectively across departments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Take ownership of reasons for Quality, delivery and productivity
Detail-oriented, well organized and able to adhere to deadlines
Experience with customer service and conflict resolution
Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating of personal.
