Do you want to impact the real estate expansion of a fast growing startup company? Are you studying Real Estate, Project management or another relevant degree, and wanting experience in developing your skills practically with guidance? Then this internship is for you! We are currently in the process of a hyper expansion and looking for a Real Estate Expansion Intern to join the team!
Responsibilities
Search, collect and visit potential sites that would be ideal locations for future dark stores with help from the team
Help analyse future store locations
Help analyse the practicality and company fit of the store locations
Aid the decisions making processes with support from your supervisor
Interact with property owners and other real estate professionals

Requirements
Enrolled in a bachelor degree in real estate, project management or other relevant degree
Currently looking for a minimum 10 week internship as apart of your degree
Ideally it would be your first experience in the real estate field where you will be learning the practical aspects of the field
Fluent in Swedish and English (and other languages in the Nordics is a big plus)
An entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for the processes of real estate expansion
Not afraid to get out there and help find the best locations for Kavalls expansion!
