Real Estate Manager

Our customer is currently expanding and therefore needs to strengthen its capacity in project and management operations.They are looking for people with experience of real estate management or who have had responsibility for managing major projects and been financial accountable for their performance, or with similar experience. Job description Areas of responsibility/operational brief: . Rental of and financial accountability for premises . Manage and coordinate rebuilding/construction projects . Undertake construction projects . Responsibility for ensuring that ongoing and planned maintenance are carried out on buildings and real estate in the real estate portfolio . Establish contacts with tenants to monitor daily and future needs, and provide technical advice and cost calculations . Information to and contacts with authorities Qualifications/competence requirements: . Several years of experience in project management within the construction industry . Thorough knowledge in financial control, cost accounting of projects and structuring of calculations . Experience of project management within the real estate sector . Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written . Thorough familiarity with Microsoft Office . Business oriented . Driven, keen to take the initiative, positive, independent result-oriented and good communication skills The position is based in Eskilstuna and includes frequent visits to Flen and Köping.
