Silversea cruises, world leader in luxury cruising operating four vessels on world wide itineraries is currently recruiting for the following positions:

Receptionist

This position contributions to the Company's Mission, values, and strategic priorities by implementing the service principles of Aggressive Hospitality in the following areas:
.Provide highest level of service in a prompt, friendly and personalized manner
.training assistance for new crew members
.safe professional and personal practices
.Congeniality and teamwork.
In carrying out these responsibilities, the Receptionist undertakes duties in the four areas of the professional performance score card:
.Technical
.Safety
.Silver Service
.Social
The duties in each of these performance areas are detailed below. These duties are undertaken within company policies, standards, and operating manuals.


1.Assists guests with their general requests/needs
2.Telephone duties using best etiquette
3.Assists concierge as required
4.All foreign language translations
5.Preparation of invitations, gift orders, letters, personalized stationary, boarding passes and suite keys
6.Provides foreign exchange service to guests
7.Comment card data entry and other administrative duties as required
8.Embarkation and debarkation duties (guest check-in)
9.Ensures sufficient amount of printed matters available at all times
10.Practices preventative maintenance
11.Assist the Maitre d in the restaurant in escorting guests to their tables
12.Performs all other duties as requested by supervisor
13. Assist managers with induction and training on new personnel.
13. Carry out designated role in crew and passenger safety drills according to regulations.
14. Comply with Company safety and pollution prevention regulations and procedures.
15. Complete the Silver Service CD-room program.

Utbildning/Erfarenhet
.Hotel School degree
.Preferably 2 years experience in similar position at international 5-star establishment
.Basic accounting knowledge
1. Fluent of English
2. Conversational in preferably two other languages:
German, French, Italian, Spanish
Computer Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Fidelio Cruise
