Receptionist
As the receptionist in the Lynk & Co Gothenburg office, you are the first point of contact, and for whoever walks into our lobby, with whatever question, you make them feel welcome. So if you are true peoples person that gets energy from a service role with a lot of social interaction, this could be a role for you.
You will be the ears and eyes for the public space and you will have the responsibility to keep the reception/lobby in its best condition at all times, which means an eye for detail is also an important trait to have to thrive in this role.
Our lobby also works as a mini-club for the Lynk & Co brand, which means you will also manage potential customers that are interested in our car and our membership, and make sure that the club part of the lobby is always kept in good condition and is up to date.
Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30-17:30 and the office is located on Planetgatan 6 at Lindholmen.
What you'll do
- Man the reception/lobby and greet visitors
- Postal service handling
- Work closely together with the Facility Management function
- Ad-hoc tasks as required, eg from the facility management and leadership team
What you should have
- Previous experience from a similar service oriented role
- Full professional proficiency in English and Swedish.
- Fully proficient with MS Office
- Excellent social and communication skills
- Driving license
