Receptionist / Administrator

Internationella Engelska Skolan Nacka (IESN) is an independent school, years 4-9, with an enrollment of 900 students for next school year. The school opened in August 2010 and is located in Nacka strand, with easy access to the centre of Stockholm (10 min. by bus from Slussen).

IES Nacka is part of the organisation, Internationella Engelska Skolan i Sverige AB (IES), a growing independent school organisation with many schools around Sweden. The teaching languages are English and Swedish.

Internationella Engelska skolan Nacka requires a receptionist/administrator, excellent in Swedish both written and spoken, to join our administrative team. We are looking for a positive team player ready to take on varied administrative tasks within the school, including reception, telephone, translations and daily contacts with students and parents. The successful candidate will also carry out secretarial duties for the Administrative office and for students and staff.
