OM TJÄNSTEN
The company is a leader in it's business area and the office is placed in central Gothenburg. You will provide professional and high-quality front- and back-office service to visitors, staff and customers. You will also participate in strategic improvement for both front- and back office.
ARBETSUPPGIFTER
The job duties will mostly be:
* Provide reception/front desk service (ex. receive and direct guests/business visitors, answer general inquiries, provide first line of facility and security awareness & info)
* Provide back-office services (mail and courier administration, ID badge requests, answer phone etc)
* Participate in strategic projects to drive improvements around front- and back office service
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
The requirements for this job is:
* High school diploma
* Knowledge and experience of general administrative procedures, computers & relevant software applications
* Proficient in English & Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
* Worked in a reception
* Worked in a international environment before
