In this position you have a broad responsibility for Polestar headquarters’ front desk and office entrance and showroom. We are looking for a service minded star. Motivated by challenge, charged by people interaction.





Let us describe the challenge we offer

In this position you will take responsibility within office management and support our headquarter office. You will be the main contact for employees and visitors entering the office. You will be a true Polestar ambassador. Your days will include a variation of responsibilities and tasks, some planned but a lot of them depending on our colleagues and the offices’ day to day need.

This is a full-time one-year temporary position, starting as soon as possible. For the right fit it’s possible for extension and permanent employment. It equires working onsite office hours Mon-Fri at Polestar HQ located in Gothenburg (Torslanda), Sweden. You will report to our Facility Manager Johan and work closely with our HQ Office Manager Samira. The role is a part of our global HR department.



What you’ll do

In this role your key responsibilities will include reception and visitor service tasks, maintaining a clean and organized office environment, monitoring and ordering office and food supplies. You will keep an eye on office equipment and report any errors. Coordinating mail and deliveries will be part of your daily work. You will act as an information source for employees and visitors alike. Administration tasks will include, but are not limited to; order management, managing storage rooms and keys, internal mailing, supporting guest with taxi bookings, and more.

Who you are

We are looking for a passionate and service minded coordination star with a hands-on attitude. You are a prestige less and proactive problem solver with excellent social skills and initiative to help in every situation. To be a great fit for Polestar we also believe you have the ability to prioritize and work in a high-performance environment. It is of great importance that you can work on-site office hours Monday-Friday.

For this position we believe you have:

- Previous experience from hotel reception, office reception, customer care, restaurant or similar position delivering a high quality service
- We think it's of great advantage if you have experience working in an international environment
- Excellent level of Swedish and English language both in speech and writing
- Data knowledge and proficiency in Office programs, experience in Bars, Arx or other security systems is beneficial
